The Draft 2025-2030 Strategic Plan provides the South Florida Water Management District and the public it serves with the blueprint to successfully achieve balanced regional water resource management.

The plan is updated annually and documents planning across a five-year horizon to help focus the agency’s efforts toward its core mission statement: “To safeguard and Restore South Florida’s water resources and ecosystems, protect our communities from flooding, and meet the region’s water needs while connecting with the public and stakeholders.”
