GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE DISCUSSED:
The South Florida Water Management District will hold a public hearing regarding its annual Final Millage Rates and Final Budget.
The public and stakeholders will have an opportunity to view and comment on the public hearing.
The Governing Board will receive and consider public comment and vote separately on the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Final Millage Rates and Final Budget. The Governing Board may discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters.
The Governing Board may take official action on any item appearing on the agenda for the public hearing and on any item that is added to the agenda for the public hearing as a result of a change to the agenda approved by the presiding officer of the public hearing pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes.
The agenda containing information on this public hearing will be posted to the District’s website SFWMD.gov/Meetings, seven days prior to the meeting.
