GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE DISCUSSED: 

This technical workshop will discuss and develop basin wide adaptation strategies to address the deficiencies identified during the Assessment Study and recommend the most effective projects in the C-8 and C-9 Basins to fulfill the need for long-term flood protection as part of the District’s Flood Protection Level of Service (FPLOS) program. The strategies evaluated will span the primary, secondary and tertiary flood control systems. 

One or more members of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District may attend these workshops. No Governing Board action will be taken.
