AWARDING CONTRACTS THROUGH COMPETITION: Our procurement professionals engage in a procurement planning process that maximizes competition while satisfying the needs of the District in the most effective, economical, and timely manner. Through competitive solicitations and contract negotiations, our procurement team has recorded approximately $9.6 million in cost savings.
