The South Florida Water Management District (District) is advancing the Central and Southern Florida (C&SF) Flood Resiliency Study – Broward Basins in collaboration with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with support from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Broward County utilizing Section 203 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986.

Tidal water levels along Florida’s southeast coast may exceed the National Weather Service (NWS) "Minor Flooding" threshold. In the Florida Keys, tidal water levels may approach or exceed the "Minor Flooding" threshold. Along Florida's southwest coast, tidal water levels may approach the "Minor Flooding" threshold.
